Bridges to the Metaverse Illustrations
I created a set of 5 illustrations for Meta as part of their 'Bridges to the Metaverse' campaign. The idea was to introduce new technology including the Metaverse to the Latin America via Facebook social posts. Some of the technology I illustrated were AR (Augmented Reality), VR (Virtual Reality), and MR (Mixed Reality). The remaining concepts were centered on Meta's proprietary technology and internal UI experiences like the Metaverse, and making an avatar.
Overall, I really enjoyed the irony of illustrating complex technology in a digestible way, being a total stranger to most of the technology here myself. Being a fashion illustrator on the side, I also had a lot of fun putting my characters in some sweet but subtle street fashion.
