Gooey | Kinetic Type
The idea of this project was to bring a more appropriate energy to the medium of lyric videos through kinetic type, or type that moves.
I challenged myself to not use any graphics, it all had to be type-based; Throughout the video you'll see motion-blurred ripples that do look quite graphic- They're actually the letter 'O' from the typeface Quicksand.
